According to Rosstat, the commissioning of housing in Russia in January-October 2022 increased by 21.5% compared to the same period last year, to 87.8 million square meters. The leaders for ten months were the Moscow region (12.7 million sq. m.), Kuban (6.4 million), Moscow (5.1 million), Leningrad region (3.5 million).

In January-October 2022, 54.2 million sq. m (62% of the total) - 33% more than in the same period last year.

The top three looks like this: Moscow region (9.1 million sq. m.), Kuban (4.2 million sq. m.), Leningrad region (2.5 million sq. m.).

The average area of ​​houses has increased: for the period January-October 2022, their average area is 128 square meters. m., and in the same period in 2021 it was 119 sq. m. m, reported the press service of the Office of Rosreestr in the Kuban.
