hh.ru analysts found out which specialists are in demand in Kuban more than others since the beginning of 2022 and how much they are paid.

The most demanded were sales and customer service managers – 10% of the total number of vacancies on hh.ru in the region. Also, the list of popular requests from employers included a sales assistant and a cashier (6%), an accountant (4%), a driver (3%), a design engineer and a design engineer, a cook, a baker, a confectioner, a programmer, a developer, doctor, administrator and teacher (2% each).
