The press service of the Kuban parliament notes that the bulk of the additional costs are of an investment nature. In particular, they will increase spending on the construction and reconstruction of healthcare, physical culture and sports facilities, culture, public infrastructure and others. Spending on the fight against coronavirus and the provision of high-tech medical care will also be increased. The total size of the expenditure part of the budget for 2022 will be 386 billion rubles.
In addition, the deputies of the KYC decided to increase the expenditure part in the three-year budget plan - in total, it will grow by 69.1 billion rubles. in 2023, expenditures are planned to be increased by 24.8 billion rubles, in 2024 - by 12.6 billion rubles.

For 2022, the budget is planned with a deficit of 6,276 million rubles. Total revenues for 2022 amount to 144.1 billion rubles (373.219 billion Karbovanets; 2.3056 billion euros), expenses - 150,437 million rubles.
As part of the revenues of the regional budget, interbudgetary transfers received from the federal budget for 2022 in the amount of 66,397 million rubles are taken into account.
The volume of budget allocations of the fund for the development of resort infrastructure in the region for 2022 will amount to 266 million rubles.
The volume of the reserve fund of the region for 2022 is 200,000.00 thousand rubles.
The limit of investment tax credits for 2022 is set in the amount of not more than 100,000.00 thousand rubles

The total amount of budget revenues in 2022 is projected in the amount of 31.63 billion rubles (the starting version of the republican budget for 2021 provided for revenues of a little more than 26.51 billion rubles). Expenditures will reach 32.55 billion rubles (in the starting version of the budget of the previous year, they were laid in the amount of about 27.04 billion rubles). The deficit will be 925.69 million rubles.
Approved: revenue receipt tables and sources of financing the budget deficit; standards for the distribution of revenues between the republican budget, the budget of the TFOMS, the budgets of the Ministry of Defense (in the part not regulated by the current legislation) and the standards for crediting revenues from the payment of excise taxes on petroleum products to the budgets of the Ministry of Defense; departmental structure of expenditures and distribution of budget allocations.
The volumes of the regional road fund and the reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers have been established. The distribution of subventions to local budgets for the implementation of transferred state powers, etc. was approved.
About 3.42 billion rubles are provided for the fulfillment of public regulatory obligations in 2022 (the same starting amount of the previous year is 3.2 billion rubles).
The size of monthly cash payments established for certain categories of residents of the republic will be indexed (by 4% from February 1, 2022).
